Ticket is not transferable.

Tourist shall produce their ID proof at the time of Boarding.

No Refund on Cancellation.

The authority shall not be responsible for any loss of valuables taken by the tourist with them in the tours

The authority shall not be responsible if the ticket holder failed to catch the tour from pickup points in time.

The authority reserves the right to cancel the tour without assigning any reason thereof.
